Mandarin Club Cookery Fun This week in Mandarin Club, the boys put their language skills to delicious use by making egg fried rice and of course, enjoying the results together afterwards! Learning whilst having fun is the West House way, and we're incredibly proud of our rich and varied co-curricular programme. Mandarin has been a fantastic addition to our already jam-packed schedule of activities, giving the boys a taste of both the language and the culture. Book Sorting Night Success! West House was buzzing with community spirit as we came together for a very special Book Sorting Night in support of the Children’s Book Project. Staff, Old Boys, Governors, parents and even some of our wonderful neighbours rolled up their sleeves to sort and pack donated books. And sort we did! An amazing 1,300 books were packed and delivered to three local schools. Each one also received a Pop-Up Bookshop kit to help them set up their very own bookshop. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who gave their time and energy to make this happen. What a fantastic evening of teamwork, purpose, and the joy of sharing stories. (fb)
