🎼 We're looking for more young instrumentalists aged 13-21 to join our youth orchestra! We've just announced a new day of auditions for the 2025/26 season of the City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra. Apply by the 6th November for auditions on the 15th and 16th! 🎵 We don’t have weekly rehearsals: instead, we hold 3 courses per year, during the school/university holidays, including a residential summer course! 🏖️ This is the perfect opportunity to meet likeminded people and enjoy making music together – as well as learning from incredible professional musicians and playing great repertoire. Our programme this year includes music by Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Mahler, Shostakovich, Ravel and Saariaho.
