Scouting since 1914. We currently have over 75 members, 2 Beaver colonies, 1 Cub Pack and a Scout Troop. Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. But we also get to hang out with our friends every week - having fun, playing games, working in a team and learning skills for life. To encourage the physical, mental & spiritual development of young people so that they can take a constructive place in society. This is achieved by providing an enjoyable & attractive scheme of progressive training based on the scout promise & law and guided by adult leadership.
