Earlier this month we were delighted to host Middle Ground Theatre Company at the Rogers Theatre for rehearsals ahead of their touring production of Dickens’ ghostly masterpiece ‘The Signalman’, adapted for the stage by Francis Evelyn and directed by Michael Lunney. Featuring TV stars Chris Walker and John Burton the production is highly technical with a stunning set, video projections, sophisticated lighting, soundscape and special effects! Director Michael Lunney commented that "With a show as technical as ours the turnaround from final rehearsals to the live show is incredibly tight, so having a professional-standard theatre like the Rogers Theatre is a real luxury”. Caroline Buchanan Events & Lettings Manager for Malvern College Enterprises said “Having Middle Ground Theatre Company onsite has been a real pleasure. It’s wonderful to see the theatre supporting the creative process and bringing professional drama into the heart of the College.
