One of the best regional museums in the South-East. From local history to dinosaurs, come & explore. The charity holds fundraising events and organised occasional activities to assist the work of Maidstone's museums and create greater access to their collections. The charity operates a Friends scheme and applies for grant funding to enable it to assist in the furtherance of public education by way of supporting, promoting, assisting and improving the Maidstone Museums and Art Gallery.
