We seek to improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives. Provision of advice, information and support to people resident in the area of benefit on their legal rights, to help them deal with legal financial and other problems. Our main areas of work concern problems with debt, welfare benefits, housing rights, immigration and asylum issues, and employment rights. We also seek to influence the development of policies and services.
