Our mission is to improve the lives of people living with mental health issues and promote social inclusion. We work closely with our local communities and constantly strive to improve awareness and reduce the stigma which surrounds mental health. Some of our staff and friends are taking part in the London Big Half Marathon on Sunday 4th September 2022 and raising funds in support of our charity.
