QED UK is a social enterprise founded in 1990 by Dr Mohammed Ali OBE to improve the social & economic position of disadvantaged communities in the UK & Europe. Improving the social and economic position of disadvantaged communities in partnership with public, private and civil society organisations. Improving the educational, social and economic circumstances of the most disadvantaged communities in the UK - particularly those of Bangladeshi, Indian or Pakistani origin who are struggling against disproportionately high levels of poverty, disadvantage and discrimination of various kinds - and contributiong to a society based on the principles of equality, diversity and social justice.
