Back on Track LIVES CHANGING THROUGH LEARNING Back on Track is a Greater Manchester charity that enables people to make positive changes that last Back on Track is a leading specialist provider of community learning and holistic support to adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. This could be managing problematic drugalcohol use living a crimefree life improving mental health and wellbeing or finding a stable home. Our learning centre in central Manchester offers a range of support and learning opportunities including employability functional skills creative activities citizenship life skills and health wellbeing. One to one progression sessions help identify next steps and we have years of experience supporting people with convictions.
