🌟 Thornhill Park School weekly roundup 🌟 It’s been another exciting week across Thornhill Park School! 💫 🐴 Grace’s Horse Adventure Grace from Class 1 made her wish come true with a visit to North Lizard Riding School. After researching what she needed to do, she spent time volunteering - grooming the horses, learning about their care, and chatting with staff about future opportunities. A fantastic achievement, Grace! 👏 🦔 Comet Class Creativity Comet Class have been learning all about our Society mascot, Snowdrop the Hedgehog! They practised the Makaton sign for “Snowdrop the Hedgehog” and made their own creative versions using collage materials like pasta, felt, and cotton balls 🎨 🌸 Cloud Class and the Five Senses Cloud Class have been busy exploring their five senses — touching soft teddies, smelling flowers from the school garden, tasting new fruits, and making plenty of noise with instruments and drums! 🎶 We’re so proud of our learners for another busy week at Thornhill Park School 💙 #Autism #Education #autismawareness #AutismAcceptance #Autistic (fb)

🌟 Kiora Hall Highlights! 🌟 It’s been a fantastic start to the school year across Kiora Hall! Our learners have been busy, creative, and full of enthusiasm for new experiences, here are just a few of our highlights so far 👇 🍂 Hazel Class Hazel Class welcomed two new learners and have been busy with maths, storytelling, and creative autumn art. They’ve loved visits from the Therapy Dogs 🐾, plus swimming and trampoline sessions to stay active and healthy! 🚆 Birch Class Birch Class enjoyed a trip to Hope Town, exploring trains and learning about public transport as part of their Independent Living curriculum.
