Many thanks to all who volunteered for the joint Christmas collection with the Rotary Club of Bath. The amount raised for the Children’s Unit at the RUH Bath was £2,500. Each club also received £373.30 for their charity account. Weather conditions were a bit challenging on occasion so well done to all! (fb)
I’m looking forward to this year’s Mayor of Bath’s Art Show which we are holding on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd November in the Brunswick Room at the Guildhall. The show runs from 10am to 4pm on both days and entrance is free. As before it’s a chance for talented local amateur artists to display and hopefully sell their work. Proceeds are split between the Mayor of Bath’s Relief Fund and Rotary charities. President Jan and organiser Gerry met with the Mayor Cllr Michelle O’ Doherty to launch the publicity for this year’s show. (fb)
