A Warm Welcome to CWTC Centre of Wellbeing Training Culture Supporting people in education training health and culture. Supporting Communities Link Project Supporting Communities Link Project Supporting Communities Link Project is supported by TNLCF to deliver range of activities which aims to ease the impacts of the rising costs of living and improve the health and wellbeing of residents and communities living in the Oldham. Please visit on Register for Activities below. Work Placement at CWTC High quality Work placements are offered to young people and adults at CWTC with referrals from Action Together Schools Oldham College Oldham Sixth Form College North Lancs Training Group Job centre and selfreferrals.
