Helen has over 35 years of retail experience, including executive roles at Boots, Asda, Argos, and Sainsbury's. Most recently, she was Retail Director at Marks & Spencer until September 2023, where she championed inclusion and diversity. Helen is a Non-Executive Director at Hays Travel, a Business Advisor for Age UK, and joined the Board of Governors in May 2025.
