🚫🐓 MEGA FARM REFUSED in Norfolk! 🐖🚫 Incredible news from Methold, where two planning applications to build a massive industrial farm—housing millions of chickens and thousands of pigs—have been refused! 🙌 ELF has been supporting local people in their fight to protect the area, with expert advice from the amazing Helen Hamilton of Marches Planning, who spoke at today’s decisive council meeting. 💬👏 The Council’s ecologist made it clear: these proposals would have caused permanent ecological damage to the nearby Breckland Special Protection Area and Sites of Special Scientific Interest. The risks were too great—and the applications were thrown out. 🛑🌿 Huge thanks to Helen and all our dedicated professional advisers.
