Berkshire Women039s Aid BWA Helpline 0808 801 0882 helpdeskbwaid. org. uk This year we took over 5000 calls to our helpline from people needing our support We supported over 50 women and 110 children into a place of safety to recovery and rebuild in our refuges We delivered support and prevention programmes to over 200 children and young people We provided domestic abuse training to over 200 professionals Helpline is Changing BWA are changing our Helpline hours from 1 August 2024. This change to our service will ensure survivors have greater flexibility on when they can speak to our skilled and experience Helpline team directly increasing opportunities to call in the evening or on a weekend.
