Every third Thursday in October, we celebrate the incredible contributions of Peer Support Workers (PSWs) across mental health services. To mark the day, PSWs from our Trust came together on 16 October for a reflective ☕️ meet-up, sharing achievements, celebrating progress with service users, and connecting over the power of peer support. Miriam Emanuela Presta, PSW from Hammersmith & Fulham North MINT, shared: “The work we do isn’t just a one-way intervention. It’s a mutual approach.
