ASSIST Trauma Care

Network of Specialist Trained Therapists providing evidence based Trauma-Focussed interventions to those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma & mental health. ASSIST offers therapeutic and emotional support to individuals and their families/carers affected by Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTS is defined as an illness or disorder that is triggered by an emotionally distressing event which is outside the range of normal human experience, e.g. traffic incidents; fires; attacks: rape; and traumatic bereavement.
