ContinueFind out more 01452 528491 Login Tai Chi for wellbeing group Weve been running free Tai Chi Chi Gong sessions for people with long term health conditions in the historic Redesdale Hall in MoretoninMarsh thanks to some funding from Gloucestershire NHS. Participants in the sessions led by tutor Clive Birch have reported improved mobility sleep and wellbeing and they will be continuing the activity as an independent group.
