A quick reminder of tomorrow’s social and AGM. After the success of last year’s event, we’re upstairs at the Exmouth again. Join us for our 7 o’clock start – we’ll be finishing at 9 – to meet people over a drink and plate of food. We’ll be providing the eats – we hope you’ll provide ideas and energy. We also hope that some of you might join the committee – the chair and secretary are stepping down, and we’ve lost our treasurer too. And there are potentially exciting times ahead for the park! Autumn Show cancelled Huge apologies.... After consulting our Mr Weather, we’ve reluctantly decided to cancel tomorrow’s Autumn Fair. The weather looks too unpredictable – and we want to notify folk earlier rather than later. We’re so sorry to disappoint people – particularly those of you wanting to ogle the fire-engine or to show your prize pooch. We do hope you’ll come to our 14 November Social instead. It’s from 7.00 to 9.00, upstairs at the Exmouth. And while there’s no space for a dog show, there’ll be something to eat, and the chance to meet new people from the park community... (fb)
