Christmas Unwrapped’s first guest artist, Christine Kim! Christine Kim is an accomplished singer and lecturer who performs across a wide range of genres, including musical theatre, opera, and jazz. She graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in London with a Master’s degree and made her successful operatic debut in Opera Bom Bom at national opera theatres across Europe. With her warm and expressive music, she delivers heartfelt performances that resonate deeply with audiences — “The Voice of All Seasons.” In London, she performed as the leading role Hikaru in the musical Fan Letter at Sadler’s Wells Theatre, and has appeared in Jane Eyre, Maison Mac, Sondheim Unplugged, and Shakespeare’s As You Like It. Her highlights include the Film Music Gala with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall, and solo concerts at St James’s Piccadilly and St Paul’s Covent Garden with the Whitman String Ensemble. On top of all of that, she previously worked as a news anchor and journalist in Seoul, bringing a profound and wide-ranging understanding to her performances. (fb)
