Survivors Fund (SURF) is an international non-governmental organisation dedicated to supporting Survivors of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda Survivors Fund (SURF) supports Survivors of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. Survivors Fund (SURF) is the principal international organisation representing and supporting survivors of the genocide in Rwanda. SURF recognises that a holistic approach, is required to ensure vulnerable and marginalised survivors are empowered to rebuild their lives. Our model is to build the capacity of survivor-led partner organisations to develop and deliver such work independently.
