The school places strong importance on providing a nurturing environment where children can develop at their own pace within a loving and supportive community.
The teaching staff are experienced and committed to Steiner pedagogy, with several holding formal Steiner teaching qualifications alongside other relevant educational credentials. For example, staff members like Elspeth Mukerji, the SENDCo and Class B1 teacher, bring extensive experience from mainstream education and a deep commitment to holistic child development. Other teachers, such as Louise Duirwyn, contribute with a broad academic background and a passion for fostering creativity and experiential learning[4].
