POV: You get invited to appear in a new film, so you go along and talk about funerals! It matters! 📣 Right now people have to cut back on food to pay for a family or friend’s funeral. Funeral costs have skyrocketed, and support from the benefits system often just isn’t there. We got to speak about it in a big protest scene for 'The Man with the Plan'. Lindesay from our team told the crowd our belief that everyone should be able to access an affordable, meaningful funeral. ‘The Man with the Plan’ tells the story of Flea, a young student who is inspired by William Beveridge’s groundbreaking 1942 report and its all-encompassing vision of a more equitable society.
