We assistpeople living with mental illhealth by providing a pathway of support that gives hope the opportunity to make connections and vital new skills. Our charity provides onetoone support group activities workshops that empower people to manage their own wellbeing a telephone listening service and professional mental health training for local groups and workplaces.
