All projects aim to make a positive difference in the lives of people Objective: The enhancement of care to persons who are residing in or visiting the County of Durham or in such other geographical areas as the directors may decide. Activities include County Durham foodbank, Fuel Bank, Community Money Advice, Sunderland foodbank, listening courses, Grandparents support, mentoring and employability support.
