This morning, we were delighted to officially open The Gathering Heart Garden at Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith Children's Hospice in #oswestry in #shropshire. Huge thanks to all who helped to create this special space, including the talented teams at designers CW Studio and landscapers, Landstruction Ltd - as well as the trusts and foundations who helped make the realisation of the Gathering Heart Garden possible through generous grants. These include the Anne Duchess of Westminster's Fund, Baron Davenport's Charity, The Hobson Charity, The MBNA General Foundation, Bruce Wake Charitable Trust, The Walker Trust, Mondelez/ Cadbury Foundation, Chatwin Trust and The National Lottery Community Fund and many others. Wishing the whole, wonderful Hope House community many special moments in their new 'sanctuary for play, laughter and peace'...💚 (fb)
