Relaxed café ​ When: Wednesday 28th May 10am-3pm​ Come and join us for our new 'Relaxed Cafe' event. ​ This event is part of 'Visible and Valued' week, which is aimed at celebrating our children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Herefordshire. ​ Together with your support, we aim to create a relaxed environment where you are welcome, comfortable and valued. We will provide a calmer experience by turning the lights off in the cafe and limiting the noise from the kitchen. There will be some sensory activities available in addition to the soft play, toys and books in the play area. ​ There will be our usual range of drinks and delicious cakes available for purchase, alongside a limited food menu. Our symbolised menus are also available for use by customers to support accessibility.
