Community Connect Foundation has been working since 1996, to improve the social & economic wellbeing of the disadvantaged communities in the borough of Sandwell CCF strives to improve the social and economic wellbeing of disadvantaged communities by providing opportunities for people to develop their skills, gain qualifications and improve their health.
