Education charity working with inspirational teachers across the North of England to break the link between family income and how well children fare at school. SHINE supports educational projects that work primarily with disadvantaged children and young people (4 to 18 years) across the North West, North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions. We provide grants to fund educational programmes which give these young people the extra support and attention they need to learn the basic but essential tools for life.
