VDM is released over 120hours ! The question here is , should EFCC continue to violatie human rights as they infringed 13 out of 30 UDHR 1948 of VDM's? VDM was Abducted not arrested; Held in custody for 6 days now without charges; tortured; held in custody under alleged investigation is violation of fundamental human rights . VDM was stripped of his dignity by covering his head, his right to be informed about the charges up to date, and to be released within 48 hours if they do not have sufficient grounds to hold him, but held him up to 6days which is over 120 hours. Obviously EFCC has operated without regards for Humans Rights .Any victim as VDM who has been abducted, arrested or in detention in contravention of the provisions of this UDHR Articles shall have an enforceable right to compensation with dignified freedom.
