CAPITAL is the only peer-led #mentalhealth charity in #WestSussex which specialises in coproduction and peer support across Sussex. Run by and for people in West Sussex who experience mental health issues. We peer support each other. CAPITAL provides independent community and peer support for people experiencing mental health issues. We are completely led, managed and run by people with lived experience. We provide peer support workers within acute mental health hospitals, run patient forums, membership services & work together with commissioners and partners to change local mental health services through coproduction.

Together we tackled coproduction topics in Sussex working alongside Possability People Changing Futures Sussex SPFT NHS Trust About CAPITAL We are a memberled organisation pressing for change and utilising our lived experience. We have served our communities since 1997 confronting issues and leading from the forefront. Everyone who provides help within our support network has experienced mental health challenges.
