We’re a small mental health charity and we’re passionate about providing a helping hand. We’re a mental health and wellbeing charity (1089638) in Flintshire and Wrexham. Twitter @ABFWXM We support people experiencing mental, physical & emotional wellbeing problems to understand recovery and move forward with their ambitions. We achieve this by providing a range of support services including lifestyle coaching, group activities, and a range of talking therapies. We provide practical mental wellbeing support through mentoring, courses, volunteering opportunities and support groups.
