🥕 AHPN’s Harvest! 🌽 We’re thrilled to share the fruits of our labour at the AHPN allotment – a thriving harvest of fresh vegetables, grown with care by our staff, volunteers and service users. 🧅🥔🍅 The allotment is more than just a growing space, it’s a vital part of our work supporting wellbeing and mental health. For many of our service users, time spent tending to the allotment provides a sense of calm, routine, and purpose. Huge thanks to everyone involved in making this year’s harvest a success. Charity number 1088641 Company number 03979511 Home About Health Conditions Grants Community Engagement FFENA In the Press Donate More Welcome to African Health Policy Network Windrush Navigation Project AHPN is working with the Home Office on the Windrush Navigation Project to right some of the wrongs caused by the Windrush Scandal and ensure that those entitled to Compensation and Documentation achieve these. You may have seen us in. What We Do AHPN aims to improve the health and wellbeing of African descent people living in the UK who are disproportionately affected by long term health conditions such as HIV mental health issues diabetes Cancer and others. We work with our Black communities to lessen the impacts of these inequalities and challenge intersecting issues of stigma marginalisation isolation poverty discrimination and racism which in turn impact health outcomes.
