King John's Hunting Lodge Museum
A National Trust building operated as local history museum. Our museum is solely funded through donations. Open Tuesday to Sunday 13:00 to 16:00 until 31/10. The Axbridge & District Museum Trust run the museum known as 'King John's Hunting Lodge' in Axbridge. The Trust lease the building from the National Trust and operate with some membership funding from the National Trust with additional funds from admission charges, sales, donations and friends.

Welcome to King Johns Hunting Lodge Museum Welcome to King Johns Hunting Lodge Axbridge Somerset. Housed in in a 15th century merchants house. The museum is run by The Axbridge and District Museum Trust a group of dedicated local volunteers and the building is owned by the National Trust. We are now open for the season until the 31st October.
