London's original Iyengar yoga centre. We've been welcoming students of all levels since B.K.S. Iyen IYIMV aims to achieve objects by providing, in a purpose built facility, training for the public in the practice and philosophy of Iyengar Yoga and the training of teachers. Classes are graded carefully from foundation courses for complete beginners to advanced level classes at Intermediate 2 level.

Experience the Iyengar method with a one hour taster session. If youve never tried Iyengar Yoga just come along and give it a go. A course of six weekly classes for people completely new to Iyengar Yoga or with experience of other forms of yoga.
