Coronavirus COVID19 Information for Transplant Professionals Dedicated area for all documents holding key information regarding the Coronavirus Professor David Sutherland It is with sadness that we note the passing of Professor David Sutherland Professor Emeritus Department of Surgery University of Minnesota and one of the founders of pancreas and islet transplantation. Professor Sutherland is revered as a leader in the field of transplantation and he had a deeply personal connection to those suffering with organ failure. Many UK colleagues visited his unit in Minneapolis and he was a mentor to generations of clinicians. We extend our deepest condolences to his family friends and colleagues.
