Can your organisation help us put on the best Carer’s Week ever? We had huge success last year and we want to build on this in 2025 during our two week event between 9th - 22nd June to celebrate Carers Week. We are asking organisations, services and businesses across Trafford to sign up to the quest and be a part of the ‘treasure map.’ You can be a simple stamp collection point, run your usual activities and invite carers along or even put on bespoke events for carers to come to! Trafford Carers Centre Adult Carers Support Young Carer Support Supporting Unpaid Carers in the Trafford Area We are an independent registered Charity supporting unpaid carers looking after someone who lives in the Trafford area. We support adult carers aged 25 young adult carers aged 1625 and young carers Aged 515 and to recognise their own needs to improve their physical and mental wellbeing and ensure they are fully understood valued and supported in their caring role.
