One of our dedicated Loan & Training Officers, travelled to the Munyenze Hillside centre in rural Zambia, to deliver essential financial literacy training to women entrepreneurs together with the centre leadership. Instead of a typical review, they demonstrated their new knowledge by creating a song about what they learned, and their work with MicroLoan Foundation. This incredible moment shows our unique approach to reaching women in remote areas. These women face both geographical and social barriers to opportunity, such as limited access to education and low literacy rates. Fatima runs a clothing business and is saving her profits to build a home for her family.
