We are excited to announce that Snow Camp has been named the #15 SME Apprentice Employer in the 2025 Department for Education & RateMyApprenticeship rankings.    A huge testament to the power of our apprenticeship programme and the difference it’s making to young people’s lives.    This award comes as confirmation that our apprenticeships are not just nationally recognised but industry-leading. Offering underserved young people employment with the charity and a real pathway into snowsport careers and beyond.    The apprentices work on all our youth programmes, get hands-on experience with snowsports industry placements, and gain a range of formal qualifications like SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Sports Coaching and BASI Level 1 Instructor certificates. They also get access to wellbeing support. Our apprentices grow into confident leaders and help inspire the next generation of Snow Camp young people starting out.   We’re so grateful to every partner and employer who champions our vision.   Thank you for making opportunities real, breaking barriers, and helping to create a safe, inclusive space for the next generation.   Here’s to more impact, more inspiration, and more young people turning their passion for snowsports into lifelong careers.
