Move, Stretch & Feel Good! - Dementia Friendly Seated Exercise Class Our seated exercise sessions are specially designed to support people living with a dementia diagnosis. With a focus on gentle movements to encourage mobility, balance, and coordination, these one-hour classes help keep joints flexible, muscles active, and circulation flowing. Each session also includes time for relaxation, followed by a friendly chat over tea or coffee. 📍 Alnwick: Every Wednesday, 11am–12 noon, The Lindisfarne Centre, 30 Lindisfarne Road, NE66 1AJ Classes are free to join and open to adults aged 18+ who live in our clinical catchment area and are registered with a local GP.
