Our vision is to ensure residents of Luton and in particular those from the Biscot Beech Hill Dallow Saints Wards have access to the services and support they need at the level they need and which is timely. We are committed to working in partnership with others to ensure the best use of resources for the benefit of the community we serve. About Us Bangladesh Youth League was established in 1979 and registered as a charity with the Charity Commission on 26th May 2005.
