13 years ago Lennie (Loop the Loup) had an active loving home with Rachel and her family. Now, nearing his 30th year and having been back with us for 4 years, he enjoys visits that include cuddles, ear scratches and of course his favourite treats of ginger biscuits, polos and apples. I think as humans we enjoy caring for our fur babies, and stand back with pride on how beautiful they look after a hot sunny days bath time. Our fur babies clearly have other ideas. 😣 (fb)

The sad fact is that many are sent for slaughter without being given the chance of an alternate life.
