Through their state-of-the-art colour model, The Colour Works Foundation enable young people to develop self-belief. With this foundation they work with them on understanding the differences in others so that they are able to build stronger, more collaborative relationships and make better life decisions. They are looking for volunteers to work alongside their Course Deliverers to ensure that their Building Self-Belief Workshops run smoothly and effectively. You will support large group activities but also have an opportunity to work in smaller groups with young people. You will be an aid to the young people if they have any questions about the course/activities. Some of the workshops are a 1 off opportunity that would last a day, a morning or an afternoon. Other workshops run for up to 8 weeks, the commitment for these would be 2-3 hrs once a week for 8 consecutive weeks.
