#30dayswildchallenge Day 30 - The wildflower meadow in Great Missenden was covered in butterflies yesterday. Warm, settled weather was perfect to see them on the wing, including Comma, Green-veined white, Small skipper and many more. Working Together with Nature Prestwood Nature is the local environment group for the central area of the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire. Our area covers a 3 kilometre radius from the Buckinghamshire village of Prestwood and includes the villages of Great Missenden Great and Little Kingshill Great and Little Hampden North Dean and Speen. Prestwood Nature Small Grants Scheme Prestwood Nature has set up a small grant scheme aimed at helping local people who are actively involved in nature conservation.
