MenoMove UK – Menopause Wellbeing Programme Supportive movement sessions for menopause wellbeing Thania Acaron and The Body Hotel are working in partnership with ABUHB, and Velindre Trust to offer a series of free movement workshops for people experiencing menopause. The sessions will begin in August and September 2025, and will be in-person and online. “Open and free of charge to anyone in Wales experiencing menopause, including trans and non-binary people.
