Overview

Mission

Air Smiles
The Air Smiles program offers bespoke and tailored experience days aimed at promoting the emotional wellbeing of individuals who have experienced life trauma. These days provide a unique opportunity for beneficiaries to have respite and enjoy the thrill of flying, creating cherished memories.
Aim High
The Aim High program is an educational initiative designed to encourage young people to pursue careers in the aviation industry. It provides inspiring experiences and educational resources, helping to spark bright futures for the next generation of aviation professionals.
Beneficiaries
FLY2HELP supports a diverse range of beneficiaries, including children, young people, the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those from specific ethnic or racial backgrounds.
Structure
The charity operates with a small team of 3 trustees and relies heavily on its network of 50 volunteers. These volunteers are crucial to the charity's operations, contributing their time, skills, and passion to ensure the success of both the Air Smiles and Aim High programs.
Financials
In the financial year ending December 2023, FLY2HELP reported a total income of £117,914 and a total expenditure of £126,426. The charity does not have any employees with total benefits exceeding £60,000, and none of its trustees receive remuneration from the charity.
Support and Fundraising

Today, as we celebrate VE Day, we pause to reflect, honour, and remember all those who served. Last month, we had the privilege of hosting the fly2help Gala Dinner at the RAF Club in London, where we were joined by a truly special guest, Colin Bell DFC, BEM. Colin generously shared his wartime experiences, offering a powerful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of his generation.
