Mental health isn’t just a buzzword - it’s real, and it’s affecting a lot of us. In 2023: - 1 in 5 young people in England were likely living with a mental health disorder - 1 in 8 17 to 19-year-olds had an eating disorder - 1 in 3 young people with a mental health condition missed at least a week of school - 85% of young people with mental health struggles said their sleep was regularly disrupted If any of this hits home, you’re not alone.
