Throughout the task, children were engaged and thoroughly enjoyed this refreshing approach to assessment. During the activity, high quality talk was taking place with children confidently using key vocabulary such as 'meander' and 'delta.' (tw)
This form of activity also serves to shine a light on 'process' as well as 'end product.' Throughout the afternoon children demonstrated the creative habits of mind as they were required to be collaborative, imaginative, disciplined and persistent. Well done Year 3! (tw)

Useful Links Cragside Primary School Our School Parents Teachers and Friends Association About Us As a parent guardian extended family member teacher governor or even just part of the local community you are a member of the PTFA. The PTFA is an opportunity to meet others have fun and play a part in helping your local school. We are a registered charity and our aim is to organise events in conjunction with the school that enable the community to get together and to raise money to support the school. What does the PTFA do.
