South Cerney National Angling Festival for Anglers with Disabilities
The Festival is an annual event and has been running since 1980. It takes place on the first Sunday of July, exclusively for disabled anglers. To provide disabled persons an opportunity to access angling with other persons with their own disabilities and to help improve social inclusion

Home This year the South Cerney Angling Festival for Anglers with Disabilities takes place on Sunday 7th July 2024. In the past an annual event held exclusively for disabled persons which has proven to be a great day out fishing for those new to angling and experienced anglers alike. Participants from all over the country come along to take part in this very popular event which not so long ago was one of the biggest disabled angling events in the country . The fishing for 2024 is planned to be held on Walters Lake at South Cerney Angling Club five miles south of Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswold Waterpark.
