All of us at StreetScene owe so much to the vision of Tessa. A remarkable human being who has gone from strength to strength and has achieved so much; from winning her own battle against addiction, creating StreetScene which has been the rock that so many of us have clung to whilst we’ve navigated our own journeys to sobriety and relief from addiction, making a genuine and important contribution in the field of Addiction Research to, last year, completing her Masters in Philosophy at Bournemouth University. This year Bournemouth University has recognised what an incredible force she is – something anyone who’s had the good fortune to meet her knows – and has given her an Honorary Fellowship.
